Well, this was the most gruesome murder that's ever happened in my area. Although it happened a few years before I was born. There's also a triple grave in the city cemetery that has always piqued my interest. It's three sisters. All from another country, though which one escapes me. All died on the same day. But I've never been able to get any information on it, other than they were murdered. Don't know why they were here of all places, as their family was still in their country of origin, and no clue why they weren't taken back to their homes to be buried. Very peculiar.

I am not a firm believer either. I have been ghost hunting for about 20 years now, and although I've caught some weird stuff before, I can't say with 100% certainty that it was paranormal. I suppose after 20 years, I should give up, but I'm still looking for that one piece of strong evidence.

there is a natural spring a few miles from my house. I used to go swimming there when I was a kid, but the spring has since dried up. Anyways, back in the late 60's - early 70's, a lot of teens were hanging out down there, which was typical on any weekend. A guy went down there and enticed a teen to go for a ride with him. He drove about a mile up the road and they got out the car, and he tied her to a tree, and commenced to hacking her into pieces. He placed her remains in a bag and put them in his trunk and drove away, passing by my house on his way back to Atlanta. His mother found out what he did, and he was arrested, and died in prison maybe a decade ago. There seems to be a few paranormal stories about this location. It's literally, less than 5 minutes from my house, and I've never investigated it. In two weeks, when our daughter comes back, I think we are going to go investigate this location and see what we can find. I know exactly where the murder took place. It's just a matter of if the claims of paranormal activity are true or not. It will be filmed, so, if any evidence of the paranormal is found, I will share it here.
