um... so far what i know it is..term life insurance, whole life insurance (7 different types), universal life insurance (multiple types)... have to know how loans work, dividends off premiums, billing issues...blah blah blah its not a list at all. its learning material. its lettered so the trainer can go "turn to section (j-w)"...

had to go across town to a new doctor because where i usually go doesnt open on Saturdays. of course they tried to charge me more but i begged and they lowered the price the doctor was smelly and unprofessional. he barely did the 1 or 2...2 or 3...thing. he didnt even make me take my contacts out. im used to being in there like 15 minutes. this man was all done in 5. they didn't have trial pairs in my prescription and didnt even order trials for me. just gave me my prescription. (which i think is illegal) never going back there. it was like going to Tijuana for plastic surgery. the fuck. i needed those trial lenses, too. cant see shit in training at work.
