By my standards (and Sentai's) Food Wars is TV-14, but I understand Toonami playing it safe with the MA-S...most weeks. As we get later into the season, there are a few episodes with very little to no fanservice. If they slap an MA-S on those, that's just laziness.

High Guardian Spice isn't even anime, and Funimation hopefully has trained all their dub writers on what exactly makes people sperg out when they hear in a Chinese cartoon at this point. Considering Anime News Network's changes in forum policy, it's almost like #AnimeGate was preemptively censored.

Literally everything is blocked here. YouTube is on Restricted Mode, music sites are blocked (except for songs on YouTube's Restricted Mode), math solving sites are blocked, game sites are blocked, almost every Chrome extension/theme is blocked out of fear of VPNs, even sites like NPR and Medium are blocked. Somehow this site got past the filter. Toon Zone also isn't blocked. I guess someone likes cartoons.

Well, at least the ratings didn't show people leaving for Pop Team Epic and coming back for JoJo this week. (I'm sure some still did, but the numbers didn't show it.) I think Pop Team Epic's sense of humor might be a little too much for some of Toonami's audience. Something like Hinamatsuri or The Devil is a Part-Timer! might've been a better experiment into non-action. Still, from the discussion I'm seeing, some people are discovering and enjoying it, which makes me happy.

I'm going to try to make this post a bit more readable than my introduction. Furthermore, I found Poke's old tutorial on creating rating screencaps and attempted to make my own. Unfortunately, I got lost at the assistant screencap, making my attempt at episode 1's first act off-center and clearly amateur. I'll practice some more. Hinamatsuri #4-6:

It'd be disappointing but understandable if Pop Team Epic had to shift down. Season 2 was on a three-week delay from Japan when it premiered, while season 3 is starting at a four-week delay. I doubt that'll impact ratings much, but I'm not expecting amazing numbers.

I think they should hope for better than that. The ratings hit a peak low of 159,000 before Disney X-D dropped it in favor of Phineas and Ferb repeats.
