When i turned SOMEONE else in for refusing to take a call when a customer was asking for her by name LOL So im pissed, right? Well i raged against the machine the whole week Well today someone asked for someone else by name and she took their call right away. No hesitation. This person would then give her a kudo that was sent to the floor in a mass email. So I replied all and wrote this: Im the one that transferred the call to Patricia. She didn't duck the call and took it right away. Refreshing. Thanks, Patricia!!! And i got in trouble FOR THAT! 🤣🤣
