Not true and its really difficult to find people who can do it well. And i actually do two different jobs...insurance customer service and insurance claims.
They emailed me about a claims processor job off the fucking phone. I was excited until that "one month" bullshit hit.
But im in good with the manager (not supervisor) of a whole new call center opening in my building and she says they will pay more so im looking forward to that. I met this manager lady when she and i both worked at aflac and i know she'll look out for me. She might be the reason im at where i am now but she hasnt outright said so but they emailed me and she made an effort of getting all my info when i got laid off.
