Yes, do what you must when your lease is up but I would recommend focusing your energies in the far future into home ownership much much later in order to save money and earn equity and make your money work for you in the long run. my friend is no longer calling me or returning my calls. long story short... his roommate is a guy i had a crush on all through highschool but never talked to... highschool crush and i are facebook friends and about 6 months ago highschool crush started "talking" to me on fb.. like you know, SEXUALLY... we've been flirting for months.. and he started to kind of harrass me and i told my brother to tell him to calm the fuck down. i dont know what happened but he did (like he was messaging me anytime i fucking thought about facebook) anyway, his roommate, my friend.. .has stopped talking to me. i think he's pissed im messing with his roommate i dont know.. but he has NEVER had any interest in me so why the jealously, huh huh? i thought itd be cool to visit him while im going to get broke off by my crush but i guess hes not cool with that. ive been invited over but i just feel extra awkward cuz my friend seems to have found out and is reacting soooo strongly and disowned me apparently (he calls me at least once a month and ALWAYS returns my calls... totally ghosting me now)

Its sad that a friend of mine passed away and her funeral was actually "better" than my own family. I went back to her place and saw a bunch of friends from high school. It was like being in heaven and seeing all the good people you know up there. It was amazing. But of course it was horribly sad that someone our age had passed... hopefully itll be another 30..40 years before another one of us goes.
