I dont know if I would call this a fear but I don't want to go on most amusement park rides anymore because I don't trust people to maintain them anymore, there are accidents all the time, I think. The last time I went on one of those multi-person gyroscope things my belt came unbuckled on it's own and I clung to the shoulder bars like my life depended on it. With the laziness and cost cutting I've seen everywhere I go in America, fuck every ride that has a remote potential to kill me.
