    Unfortunately, there's a limit on how many smileys you can have in a post. 99 red balloon smileys just isn't possible (not in a single post anyways).

    And most of the upgrade involves them getting a more diverse selection of balloons (including 24 and 36 inchers). Needless to say, I can't wait until they're done remodeling that section.
