No. There’s no such thing. You’re simply a person who has chosen to live life a specific way. The closest thing to a metric for “good person” is how useful you are to society and the people around you compared to how detrimental you are in the same regard. If you are useful, then yes. If you are a menace, then no. If you don’t care about your usefulness in the eyes of others then it’s a pointless question altogether.
