Right now, I'm trying to get a professional 2nd opinion from a writing company about whether to share an excerpt of 1 of my short stories.
Since I write Horror/Psychological Thrillers, it would probably be posted in Horror. If you want, I can PM it to you as a preview, in case you're worried about content.
It is graphically disturbing. However, I feel that it is a short story that will resonate with most women, who have ever been to Gynecology. LOL!

Unfortunately, I am not allowed to share an excerpt.
According to the writing agency I talked to, they claimed that it would be considered "previously published work." It's not like I was going to post my entire story, just an excerpt.
Most publishing companies and literary agents don't want to deal with fighting over the rights to an author's work. It's somewhat ridiculous when you really think about it.
