So this is what the ratings are like when I hold off on watching most of the shows for just a few days...

The fact that it got so dark to begin with was the whole reason I watched it. It did not disappoint.

All the time, but their effectiveness is sporadic. The strangest prediction I ever made was that Requiem from the Darkness would air on SyFy.

Is it wrong that I think this is the weirdest part of that whole synopsis?

They already reran Champloo, I doubt they're gonna go for it again. Charlotte might be a fun watch, though, I've been meaning to finish that.

That's likely what's keeping them from marathoning Shippuden, and because they can't actually say that, that's probably where Demarco's claim that he wears they aired a marathon of it before came from.

Hence why I believe my signature sums up my initial thoughts on the show thusly.

If your idea of setting up a world like that includes having people using magic for tasks that don't really require it, you're gonna have a bad time. Seriously, Yuno chopping that piece of wood before Asta could was the exact moment that turned me against practically everyone in this show besides Asta.

In a perfect world, it'd be either High School DxD or Kuromukuro. Given reality's limitations... I'm gonna guess Garo again.

Friendly reminder to watch Hunter x Hunter 1999 episode 1 before this one so you can better appreciate what happens. Trust me on this one.

Tonight on Toonami, Goku realizes his ki control's been all out of whack since the Universe 6 tournament, Fat Buu finds himself facing off against the personification of his inner demons, Black Clover does the impossible right off the bat and adapts an entire episode out of a single manga panel, Dan of Steel continues trying Jotaro's patience while Kakyoin and Polnareff rush to save Joseph from the Lovers' wrath, Arbrau and the SAU finally reach a peace agreement in the aftermath of their little border war, you'll probably wanna watch the first episode of Hunter x Hunter 1999 before watching this one, Lupin is coerced into doing a job in Japan with Fujiko's life on the line, Sakura remembers that time she got sick with the ninja flu, a terrorist sets the Outlaw Star up the bomb (complete with time limit) in possible reference to that movie about speedy public transit, Spike looks for clues about his ex-girlfriend's whereabouts while he's supposed to be looking for Faye and the money she took off with, and Togusa takes a break from investigating the Individual Eleven to instead look into the mysterious death of a would-be blackmailer. 10:30 - Dragonball Super #43 - Goku's Energy is Out of Control!? The answer's a little more complicated than "bad ratings killed One Piece". More like... "mediocre ratings failing to justify the heightened cost of another batch of episodes killed One Piece". Ironically, the ratings only sunk to their new lows after One Piece was removed. (Though we all know this year's April Fools stunt was what really did it.) Regardless, your reply proves that, even after someone literally told you via proxy to quit obsessing over ratings, you refuse to leave a dead horse unbeaten.

Well now... at the very least, I can't say that I hate this. I don't really have any reason to, even if I despised marathons.
