Western Animation needs to learn that getting woke means going broke. Seriously, don’t promise representation because it ends badly (Just you know, have it). Don’t adapt shows and make everyone hideous. Just don’t.

Bebop II would probably have the same audacity of the video game that changed the end of freaking Scarface. And yes that was a real thing. The game STARTS with Pachino blowing away the assassin that kills him in the movie.

I'll say this much - Given what apparently came out of the sizzle reel from CR, Toonami doesn't have to worry about a damn thing from them concerning originals. Slight geekout mode - There's a novel set before Episode IV that came out that reveals everyone knows Jar Jar helped Palpatine get power and led to the founding of the Empire, so he's persona non grata on Naboo, basically treated the same as a leper. He ends up working as a clown at a hospital for sick children, since they're the only ones that don't hate him. It's actually kind of poignant.

Lucas minimized Jar Jar’s presence and played up his annoyance in-universe which helped rehabilitate the character somewhat. The people behind Rose are doubling down.
