    Apparently Mr. Saito had an ending done and ready to go, just in case. He discussed it even as the comic was ongoing. I expect it may be deployed.

    I’m sure CR is happy on their end, they aren’t running a linear channel. Although we have no idea how Fena is doing for CR, do we? Next week we see our first look at the other two shows from the very short lived partnership Toonami had with Crunchyroll, Blade Runner Black Lotus (which given the franchise I have no idea how people will react) and Shenmue (which I fully expect to have a dub so bad you could replace it with 22 minutes of drowning cats, and Shenmue fans will refuse to have it any other way). So at least we have something to look forward to.

    It was a busy week sports wise. College football and a UFC PPV were both on. Baseball playoffs are approaching. And that’s on top of the block’s already noted issues, that everyone watches the shows on other services that conform to their schedules, rather than the other way around.

    Good God, that’s bad. Toonami already had the issue of On Demand competition, but now they can’t even bring in passerby’s with a casual audience lead in.

    Ask most anime fans and “Tank!” is, if not considered the best anime opening ever, it’s at least in the top 10. Apparently the Netflix people agreed, because they literally just remade the anime OP. It’s the same damn track from the anime.

    That’s one way to get Mugen Train on Toonami. Unless Netflix goes “Yoink!” like with JJBA.

    We'll definitely get a version of the theme. The only one who didn't were those idiots at DIC. Who thought "I Ran" was a good idea? I remain convinced Omega got a remix of Pegasus Fantasy solely because of the "I Ran" cover.

    It’s happening, it actually has a good director and stunt crew, and for some reason, Sean Bean as Saori’s butler.
