Gurren Lagann's ending always bugged me. Not only does Niia die, but he ends up wandering the Earth as a loner for the rest of his life and never talks to any of his friends again? Downer. How is Akame Ga Kill worse than DW Mochi? Come on now =P

It seems like they grabbed it as filler. I mean they didn't give it a good time slot or anything. And yeah if they had grabbed it in 2015 when it was being hyped up.... I'd understand that. Some people actually did enjoy the first season. I have no idea why, but they did. But the second season is almost universally loathed and the Ghoul hype train kind of derailed after that.

I still think its one guy with multiple accounts requesting stupid stuff. I mean.... the most popular anime in the US of 2016 was Re Zero, and it didn't even place on the request list? Instead one of the top requests is a mediocre at best anime from 2014 with a second season that's pure filler? That just strikes me as odd.

This sums up some of the problems with AOT S2.

I'm not big on HxH.... but sadly the current episodes are better than anything TG, Gundam and Super has to offer.

The way things are going we're going to finish a 12 episode run with little to no answers, a cliffhanger ending and a 4 year wait for season 3. I didn't mind the pacing for S1. But that was because it was a longer season. Doing a slow burn with a short season is not gonna sit well with a lot of people.

Nope, that just piles more mysteries on top of all the others. What's in Eren's basement? Why are townspeople turning into Titans suddenly? What did Eren's dad inject him with? Why is Crista being royalty important? Why are the walls made out of Titans's? Why won't the priest guy tell us what he knows? How do people not know that humans turn into Titans when SO MANY PEOPLE turn into Titans? What special information does Crista know? That's what I mean here. We're halfway through the season almost and this show has answered nothing so far.

I like these two guys more than Killua. You get Gon and Killua out of the spotlight... and the show becomes way better.

Basically we want to get at the meat of the story, but they just keep piling on more mysteries and it's reached a point where it's not satisfying. We'd like to start making progress on resolving any of these plot points.
