country ass dinner. just finished prepping and getting things going. roast/crock pot with po'tay'toes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and radish (because we forgot to get the rest of the ratatoulle ingredients) fresh green beans, (i loathe snapping) rice and i'm making yeast rolls. supposed to make mid a caramel cake for his birthday, but i'm putting that off until tomorrow.
