by the end of the week, i'll bring in the weights again.

i used to be like this, until all the leg problems set in.

not that kind of butt clenching...but the exercising butt clenching. for my gluteus maximus.

i joined the gym, but i'm pretty sure this is what caused the hip problems. i couldn't get the knee therapy for 2 years...so i took matters into my own hands. my dr. was not at all happy with this. and scolded me every visit. i'm in a lot of pain right now. but, i just don't care at this point. also, i went from having a cute bubble~esque booty to full on bubble butt.

oh come on. you know...where you clinch your butt, and walk? you don't do this?

i don't even care about the pain anymore, i am sick of this weight. i'll tell you what's fun though. butt clenching walks. feel the burn.

right? it's probably nothing more than many years of military abuse, and a baby weight that i can't lose that is causing this. tomorrow i have my mammogram. so, all in all, another stressful week in the life of ole' disco.

i honestly have no idea what was so 'special' about these xrays. but, when he was doing the hip. he had me lay on my back, legs together, and that pain shot straight into my groin. i'm a little concerned. i really hope this is nothing.

the news is really sucking at reporting things. according to billboard about an hour ago "Tom Petty was put on life support Monday (Oct. 2) after suffering cardiac arrest, and conflicting reports now say that he has died at the age of 66. CBS News' breaking news tweet citing LAPD has since been deleted. The LAPD later tweeted out an apology: "The LAPD has no information about the passing of singer Tom Petty. Initial information was inadvertantly [sic] provided to some media sources. However, the LAPD has no investigative role in this matter. We apologize for any inconvenience in this reporting."

you do understand that even thought there was 15 pages, 90% are going to be traffic violations, judge ~ how do you plea? person ~ quilty judge ~ fine $xxx person ~ thank you judge ~ next literally that fast, so, you probably would have been called after lunch break. and now....NOW you have a bench warrent for 2nd time for failure to appear. i would suggest calling the courts tomorrow. also, if you don't, you won't have to worry about giving up the booze. county has this really cool program.
