see the places i had worked. the cooks were making at lease 3x what the waitstaff was. also, there was one place the the cook was absolutely the worse. food was awful, or just slow on orders.

i've never had to tip out the cooks. and i would be pissed if i had to. the bartender i didn't mind so much. but i would only if it knew i had a butt load of actual drinks, not soda. was supposed to tip out the busboy at this one place, but he NEVER bused my tables, but expected to get tipped out. i was also pretty sure he was stealing my tips.
