my aunt took us to a slaughter house when i was like 7 (?) didn't actually SEE any slaughter, and i think she was trying to deter us from eating meat? but then we had burgers that night. i have had many animals that i THOUGHT were going to be pets, and just turned out to be breakfast/lunch/dinner.

when i was young. i thought that i might go to the olympics. i trained for 5 years, until i lost interest. the old man pushed TOO hard. and it no longer became a dream, but a dread. it lost all it's fun. then i thought i would wander europe for a few years. but then i waited table to get through school, then i joined the service thinking i could pay for school. then i wanted to be an environmental engineer. and i studied for a few years. then i had to come back to the east coast, to because i was given an offer i couldn't refuse. and IT failed. so, here i am, and when i grow up, i want to be happy.
