every friday we had 'liquid lunch' and then usually skip out the rest of the work day. it was good to be in the upper echelon.

awww. next time i won't use them. but i had them, and they needed to be used.

yeah. i'm doing a thing. unfortunately i don't have dry milk, so i can't make the super butter dough. going with a basic dough. eh... it matters not. the pecans and raisins and the gooey gooey brown sugar. not to mention the thick icing.

awww. my mum was ALWAYS working, so it was rare if she ever baked, at home that is. funny thing is...she ran montgomery donuts in md. so, holidays we'd get extra special yummy filled donuts or giant cookies with icing faces or hearts.

oh yes i do. this is the one time i think a commercial for a product actually gets it right. you bake these puppies. hero for the day.

oh...in the way back, yes, i to suffered the 'making of the dough by hand' once in a while i'll do all by hand, so the kids have something to do. but, not very often.
