exactly. unless her target weight is because she's above 240-250, and that 20lb drop is to get her to just above obese level. but, eating nothing but fruit is actually not the best course for weight loss. i mean, in a balanced diet, sure. but nothing but....i have to call shenanigans on this. no, i'm not a dr. i was training ncoic for 6 years, this was part of my job. to get wc to make weight, so they wouldn't get a medical discharge.

this. and i'm curious. if her 'target weight' is 200~220, she has to be at least 6'3". i think there's a little bit of a lie going on here. i remember all the wc marines would tell me 'i'm just big boned' and i would tell them, that gets you 5 miles, and 7 sets of daily 7's. i would take a 2-3 lb gratis, for 'that time of the month'

i was getting all the pics off the camera memory card. and moving them to this laptop. to do so i need an adapter for the memory card well, they aren't on the hard drive, and not in the cloud (also i can't find the cloud) and went back to the memory card/adapter. they're in a spot, but when i go to open them 'file not found' all the bubby and doc pics. all the nature pics. the crochet pics. christmas. *sigh* i'm sure they might be somewhere, but i can't find them now. also...i don't need any help, i'll get the FiL to find them tomorrow, if he can. i just don't have any luck with my laptops these days. tl:dr ~ sad rant is sad.
