Yikes. I hate POV crowd shots. I hate crowded shows where 90% of the people are standing shoulder to shoulder. Just can't stand it. If I can I always shoot for an actual seat. I don't need to be front and center to enjoy a show. And even though some venues have shitty shoulder to shoulder seating it's only a few rows and not as shitty as the floor. It'd have to be something I'd get super hype for to get me standing out on the floor. Like maybe if I found out EitS was gonna pass through and I couldn't afford/there wasn't any seats. I'd probably put up with rubbing elbows with the sweatstink for that.

I haven't checked to see myself, but depending on the box office results this might be the unfortunate reality. I was having to explain this to a friend the other day; the state of Sony's movie department and how thirsty they are for anything to pop off over there. They thought it was gonna be Ghostbusters but that fell through. Since then they've just been chucking everything at the wall to see what will stick... And it has been impressively incompetent for awhile now. 2 Amazing Spoodermans. That's how far they've gotten with anything.

Had this happen the other day. Was listening to 'The Long Lack After' by Pianos Become the Teeth and one of my friends said he outright hated it. He didn't ask me to turn it off but he sounded so earnest that I did. It was kind of embarrassing.
