Wtf? I thought cars couldn't get struck by lightning
PowerKing replied to fuggstop's topic in Free-For-All
Lightning can strike anywhere. If lightning hits your car, you will be fine. Might blow out your eardrums tho. -
It looked like this, just less severe. Imagine this but just the smaller, darker line.

It's looking better now but you can still see where the nurse traced the red area. They gave me an antibiotic drip, and scripts for Bactrim and Keflex. They also said a little naproxen or ibuprofen wouldn't hurt either

Unfortunately... yeah. Some junkies just don't give a fuck, don't know any better, aren't "all together" up there, etc. Funny story, one time I went over to a guy's house with Goldar, another guy came over while we were there. He got what he needed and ran off, then ran back really quick to ask me if he could pour some of my water (water bottle) into the cap (it was unopened at least). Me and guy chuckled and I said "Sure." So he filled the cap up with water and cracktracked to wherever. When we were driving away from dude's house me and Goldar were laughing about tweaky. He told me he thought the guy was thirsty and that it was funny that all he wanted was a cap full of water. I had to explain to him what he was up to. Once he connected the dots he still thought it was funny, just slightly more macabre. No, I've never slammed anything my entire life. I don't like needles. I think what happened was the nurses at the new plasma center either ruptured the vein, or while cleaning a bunch of stuff at work the humidity, sweat, or water could have softened the scab and a bit of something could have gotten in. This theory is based on the fact that it took 5 days to manifest after the plasma donation. Sunday night I noticed that there was a red streak going up my arm from the puncture site and it was tender to the touch. It was late, around midnight, so I called a health hotline and they told me to go to the ER. Donated plasma probably a hundred times and this the first time this has happened. But yeah, people will inject dangerous stuff into their bodies. Look up videos of "krokidil"(sic??) if you want some nightmare fuel. That or videos of jigger extraction. Or both, if you're feeling really brave.

No I don't know anything about hair (besides the fact that you should wash it more than once a week... Unlike filthy hippies), because I'm not a girl.

My hairline isn't receding. My forhead is growing.
-
I'ma keep growing my hair out, wait until sauna-season is over, fluff it up real nice just to spite you hair-shamer.

High cheek bones, deep-seated eye sockets. Do I need to do a genealogy test for you or something?
-
I'm not sure what you're getting at.

It fans out. That was about half an hour after showering, plus the humidity in FL is a bitch. I haven't tried in forever, but I used to be able to get it pretty round with a blow-dryer after showering. Like I said though, humidity kills it and I'm not dousing my hair with sprays and crap.

I'd strap the bins to a dolly and wheel them up one at a time. Unless they're massive bins I don't see there being an issue. Or they could invest in a lift system.

Well, all the girls in here say that shedding is normal. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say they probably wash their hair more than once a week too.
-
You're not washing your hair thoroughly. You should shampoo your hair at least once every other day, if not everyday. Also it sounds like you aren't lathering at all.

Good point, he struggled against his older, more fragile uncle and still barely managed to best him. Mufasa def would have trounced Simba.
