  1. The lawyer on my side sure did. No non disclosure agreements. He would not have accepted the settlement with anything like that in there.
  2. If you want to see a lot of stuff that obviously is not true, go log into Wiki.
  3. It's already spent. There was no non disclosure agreement. I have other money now. It was a big retroactive payment from the union's pension fund.
  4. Hmm... Now, let me get this straight. A few members of Congress have just introduced a controversial bill. Regardless of whether or not the bill is passed in both houses of Congress, Trump is already planning to veto it. Congress does not have the two thirds majority required to override the veto. So, is there any point at all to even mentioning the bill, let alone drafting it and introducing it for a vote? Or, is this nothing but some posturing and virtue signalling to a particular voting block for the mid terms and a lame attempt at onboarding a few extra people who are not actually in that voting block?
  5. The regulation HAS BEEN POSTED! You're STILL ignoring what that regulation CAUSES PEOPLE TO DO
  6. It's been said here countless times before, going back years.
  7. The judge didn't see anything fake about the back injury.
  8. So, you deny that laws control behavior.
  9. So, who is "one third taller" than my sixty seven inches?
  10. There's more on the subject in the "What are you thinking, right now?" Thread. Maybe the concept of cause and effect could be explained to you in different terms by way of pointing out a much different state law and what it does with my behavior.
  11. Wow... Since I'm a resident of New Jersey, I'm required by state law to be enrolled in a health insurance plan AND my current income disqualifies me from any government funded health insurance, I am not only required to purchase a plan from a private insurer, I am ALSO required to budget and lay aside the money that pays the premium. So, budgeting is what I do. Not budgeting? No insurance. No insurance? Not in compliance. Not in compliance? Not following requirements. Cause and effect, folks. You'll never see one without the other.
  12. That quote is out of context. Thanks for playing. Laws have effects on things. Keep on reading to stay informed.
  13. A very old bolt action shotgun, twelve gauge, missing the clip. We just loaded one round at a time in it. No, I did not read the make or model number.
  14. The old pick the nit to ignore what the LAW ends up causing. As I SAID already... I DON'T WORK THERE anymore. You're asking me to go into an area where I am NOT AUTHORIZED and commandeer a document for your amusement. Cause and effect more simplified and dumbed down to its lowest common denominator for you: Reg: Outside beverages and backpacks are NOT permitted at the Cumberland County Fair Grounds. Effect: I carry a small handbag and keep packets of instant coffee powder in my shirt pocket. Since the effect is the ONLY sensible way for me to carry the things I buy there and ensure my beverage of choice at a reasonable price, I am EFFECTIVELY REQUIRED to do so.
  15. They ARE written down. That's what is ALREADY POSTED here! Look, when the regs say that alcohol is what the regulatory authorities are interested in and NOT the soft drinks, how much sense does it make to keep them ALL in ONE single list? The regulators DO NOT want to read ANYTHING about how many Coke and Grenadine concoctions were served when ALCOHOL is what they are there to track and control.
  16. The regs have been posted already and I'm just giving you the effect or outcome of those very same regs. I'm talking to YOU! PSST... Regulating behavior changes the behavior...
  17. Pooh doesn't understand the relations of cause and effect... That explains all else about any subject to which Pooh claims a deep seated knowlege from eleven billion years of hanging out with people who under no circumstances ever knew the outside of academia.
  18. I'm no longer an employee of any casino, I'm no longer in any contact with the bartenders and therefore no longer have any access to the documents you're asking for. Now, I GAVE you the reason. You're only arguing now that a handbook can be quoted on the subject while you deliberately ignore the final EFFECT of the same handbook.
  19. Those are the inventory lists, prepared by the bartenders, post shift, not publications to which the patrons have access. It's done this way because the regulators in charge of alcohol don't want to wade through seven hundred pages of Pepsi, coffee, virgin marys, etc. when they only want the last three or four months of alcohol transactions.
  20. Otaaaay.... See, folks? THAT'S why they are On... a... separate... list at those casino bars.
  21. Just like anybody who drinks water is addicted to dihydrogen monoxide, I guess.
  22. In other news, a vacated strip club in Atlantic City has been appraised at only $400k, which is peanuts for anybody who is really serious about buying commercial properties here. Delilah's Den. Yes, the same one that had private busses picking up patrons from all the casinos.
  23. All except when local government requlations REQUIRE that soft drinks and hard drinks are to be listed in separate columns during the post shift inventory count. Is it coffee without the Wild Turkey in it? Soft drink. Is it coffee to which Wild Turkey has been added? Hard drink.
