It's Fairy Tail. The ending to ANY arc blows. Unless it's at the beginning of the anime, in which case it's a tad better.

Mochi, I haven't seen or read this new season of the anime but I highly doubt Reki or anyone working on the anime wants to portray Kirito and Kirito-Clone-But-With-Blond-Hair-Because-Reki's-Lazy as being gay, in the anime at least. There just has to be a time in your life where you just have to realize maybe not EVERYTHING needs to have some kind of gay/lesbian content.

I'd argue it doesn't. Fry does go to a new world, but it's the same world in the same reality 1,000 years in the future. He doesn't go to an alternate dimension.

Exactly what is it parodying? If your answer is "isekai", then that's not a parody, it's a deconstruction of a genre. I suppose I only call something a parody if it's parodying a specific title, rather than a genre. Also, the show soon goes on to shed some of its initial comedic tones and becomes a beast unto itself, developed and deep in its own world-building and drama.

Spacing out the two Dragonball shows is kind of clever because it stabilizes the higher average ratings well at that part of the block. FLCL3 however is shitting the bed immediately after that.

I was just devastated to learn that the hearings WENT INTO SATURDAY. I think there needs to be a set, impenetrable, set in stone law in our country that no government work is done on a Saturday because it's really not making me in the mood to watch chinese aminu.

But then they solve it by cleverly spacing out the programming after that so it eventually DOES go back to the regular programming. THey wouldn't air these music videos if they knew it wouldn't work. THat's their job to make it work.

ANYONE, not just Adult Swim, telling you that what it's advertising is "your favorite" is fuckin condescending and insulting to my intelligence, but no I am not tired of it. We need more varied, indie animation on cable, as well as indie musician exposure too! Also, you could argue that EVERYTHING Adult Swim airs doesn't match at all with everything else. What I like is that Adult Swim doesn't have its own house style or tone, which is like the only block on cable right now that takes risks.
