I guess so. It's never been something I've had to get used to though. My default setting is distant and quiet, and maybe a little abrasive.

Oh, goodness no. It stopped being fun for me a while ago. I love singing in front of people, but I hate bars, and I began to feel uncomfortable around my friends a long time ago, and it's only become more difficult to be "cool social guy" because that's literally the opposite of who I really am. So that entire part of my life is over. To put it in wrestling terms, I'm basically the CM Punk of my friends group. But 97% less cool.

Like I said in a different reply, I do have some members of my family that I want to get back to seeing more often. But not really a lot more often. Maybe pop in a couple times a month.

I feel like this thread might sound more depressing than I intend it to. Trust me, this is an improvement for my sanity. I'm just a naturally distant person. I dunno.

I have a lot of people from ASMB I'm close with. And I've been a bit distant with my family, but I know they support me. That's all I need.

My nice little three year run of actually being a part of a social circle is over. Now I'm back in my comfort zone. And by that I mean I'm completely isolated from pretty much everyone in my life. It's nice not having people around me. Less pressure to live up to someone else's standards. Fuck that noise. I want to do what makes me happy, and me alone.

If we're talking all-time, here's the short list: Spyro 1 Alex Kidd in Miracle World Pokemon Yellow Crash 2 Terraria (I guess, since I've spent hundreds and hundreds of hours playing it)

Or, hypothetically, maybe you're mentally ill, non-compliant with your meds most of the time, and your poor choices have caused you to lose the best you ever had, as well as burn every personal and professional bridge you ever had, landing you either on the street or bouncing from shelter to shelter. I woke up this morning with a migraine, so I Went back to sleep. Woke up, migraine still there, plus an upset stomach. I can't imagine anyone having a worse day on this date.

Considering I live in Nebraska, I like my chances of getting through the storm relatively unscathed.

Than watching my team get trounced while panicking because I'm probably dying and I can't get a hold of my doctor.

But the doctors knew about it as well. The fact that no one thought it was necessary to clue me in about this is asinine. And knowing my luck, I'll kick the bucket the day before my appointment, so I'm basically going to storm the hospital tomorrow and demand to be seen.
