the only one that had all disc brakes was the model up. i don't remember how much more expensive it was but it didn't feel worth the money at the time. still glad i didn't go for it but damn if i don't wish my stopping power was better

no. i usually cashed the checks as i got them but there was one last check for a week of vacation that i never took but scheduled. this was before mobile direct deposit and i had to physically go to the bank to deposit the checks. so i was used to only having one check per week (for the payday), but that week i had two. and i think i forgot to take the second one to the bank. i just found it in the same envelope that my W2 was in while i was going through some old taxes to shred.

about $40 after tax and union fees for 10 hours of work at my cashiering job where i was making 7.25 an hour. too bad the company went bankrupt...and that the check is over a decade old
