If you can't figure out why that is a retarded idea you shouldn't be allowed to vote. Also you seem to be under the assumption that all inmates are naturally violent. Many people are locked up for extortion, theft, robbery, and if they were allowed to smoke pot it would just be another thing for them to use as currency and exort control over one another. Thus rendering the results of the test inaccurate. In prison a pack of noodles is as good as a dollarbill. Also no one that pushes for it to be legalized uses this as a legitimate platform to lobby for it's legalization. For instance no one cares if alcohol makes someone less violent and in many cases it has the opposite effect. It is still legal however.

I didn't sleep last night then sobered up this morning drove 60 miles then drove in city traffic all day I now have two appointments later on at the va because this dude told me to go get money from them..and ones with a psychiatrist.. then got scooped up by the dude and we cut off peoples cable and jacked their shit and talked about the army and now im worried about that dude, but atleast I got my ladder racked installed backwards by an old man at the shop he suggested and had to pay for it out of my own pocket that was cool. After all that I got back on the highway and drove 60 miles home and probably only got paid for like two hours of that because he didnt get me the phone app and logon to clock in until about 7 or 8 o clock. :-\ I'm goiing to sleep.
