I've never done a call center type job. I don't know and I don;t really care I think that shit is old news anyway. Any place that I would consider to have good tech support usually has a chat and the peeps get my issue fixed after a few posts or whatever. Focusrite tech support is the bomb.. last time I remember talking to tech support that actually fixed the issue. and I would've been able to fix the issue myself , but the guy I talked to had a driver update that wasn't posted in the tech support page. It does sound like the administrater of your business net has it blocked in the network settings maybe. HAve you tried to access an actual gaming site like newgrounds or whatever?
