To update this I just got back form that dodge dealer promotion. The prizes on the mailer were anything from a smart watch to a new 2019 dodge ram 1500.. even though the mailer I got matched the code for the $2500 prize supposingly the id number on it had to match the number on a board there at the dealer to win the actual prize.. I got a free smart watch, and they tried to sell me a car. Oh well I just went to kill some time before I go pick up Super Smash bros ultimate.
