I still need to do a lot of college work, but I'm also not going to depend on a degree to get a job. I want to make sure I spend college time studying things that really interest me without having to go through crappy internships, and fighting the rest of my class for spots in the job market. Slowly, but surely I guess. I have a lot of college hours amd an associates already and I havent even spent any actual time on a college campus..

I'm barely looking into this company as well it seems it's an oil and natural gas company so I might as well be working for the devil right? Idk I've had a lot of interviews from everything from retail to hospital security because my varying work experience. With the way things are going a company putting me on the clock pretty much without an interview is not something to fuss about though. I figured I'd better at least try to do it..

Well that's only because I leave myself open to work a lot of jobs people might find undesirable... The chemical I'm packing for this company is amonium sulphate used in meat treatment and pesticide etvc. I've heard it can be very irratating to even be around. It didn't bother me at all today working around it without a mask, but working with it on a long term basis kind of worries me. I had know idea what I was going to be doing there when the temp company told me to go either so I couldn't really weigh the risks beforehand.

Meh it's not reasonable to go at all right now anyway. I feel kind of bad for that guy though his health took a turn for the worse at a horrible time. I'll probably end up having to go get him or take my mother to visit him before everythings said and done. On the plus side I guess not a day after being done with the national guard the temp agency calls me to work for another company that pays more, and is a lot less strict..

All I know is she needs to visit him..if his stay is prolonged even if I have to guilt her into it myself. /thread maybe idk.

My mom stopped by.. She's not considering making the trip atm. I'll talk to her in the morning. He's going toneed a visitor probably I know this guy. My mom doesn't like to drive long distances really anyway. This shit is definite double whammy./

I suspended my cable.satelite service because on a regular day it's all but pointless, and I think even at times like this the appeal they'll try to bring is bogus.. Better Call Saul.. Uggh. This guys more of a Grandpa than a stepdad anyway at this point anyway. My mothers always dated older men. She's known this guy forever, and been with him since I was in high school though. She told me to go home when she got there it just took her longer. This guy used to drink so much..He stopped doing that non stop bender shit years ago anyway, but I've never seen ANYBODY want to drink as much as he did back then so that's why both of us are on high alert with thiat shit.. He stopped drinking pretty much in entirety years ago much to my surprise, but both of us are like.. That had to take a toll. It's not just that he tries to avoid hospitals, and any help if he can get away with it usually.. He's fucking... crazy.
