The problem comes from the unfortunate truth that some people make the world a tangibly worse place and we'd be better off without them, to the point of murder being potentially a moral net positive when it comes to the worst of the worst. It's not like the person being terrible makes killing them inherently okay, but when we've had people like Kissinger I don't think "murder is wrong" is always so ridgedly true. It sucks having to think "I hope he dies," but it'd undeniably a benefit to humanity if he'd fucking hurry up with it.

Money. The 3 biggest faux-left (MSN. CNN, NBC) networks, when combined, get markedly less viewership than Fox News, or at least have historically but I'm not sure post-Carlson. Youtubers don't typically buy ads on Youtube to promote themselves. Conservative pundits back by billionaires do. Facebook fact checkers during 2020 were funded by right wing think tanks. Twitter is owned by Elon Musk. That's what they have that the left doesn't.

No, I don't think most are evil bastards. I think most are in right wing echo chambers that feed them nothing but misinformation. If you are taught to believe wrong information, you base your views on the wrong information, and therefore vote in accordance. I've been wrong about Trump from time to time, and been disproven on those things, sometimes by people that like him. Even MD has got me on the odd occasion. Rare, but it happens.

I don't really care if he's a Trump supporter. I may go on my rants about Trump supporters being dumb as a broad statement, but I also think most people are kinda dim and as rare as it may be, I'm sure there are even smart or at least well-meaning people in there. Some people are just ignorant or in the wrong information bubbles. I'll still talk to them and try to understand what their reason is. I don't know for a fact that I can’t come to respect it.
