The Steam Deck is so good, guys. It's not cutting edge tech so the newest games aren't gonna run flawlessly at 60fps, but it can play almost anything and you can emulate basically anything super easily. It quickly became my favorite gaming device I've owned, and I've owned a lot. When they make the next iteration I'm there day one.

So every time I have to ask, is the balloon stuff a bit? And if it isn't, what specifically is sexually gratifying about it? Do you rub your genitals on the balloon? Is there another person involved? This is not kink-shaming by any means, I'm curious enough to ask you, but not enough to ever do a google search about it. Also happy birthday.

I bought a new laptop. It's nothing super special, it was a deal on Wal-mart of all places, but it's the nicest computer I've ever had, and I haven't used a computer in years. I forgot how good it could feel to type something that wasn't work related. So tell me about the last time you bought some type of technology (phone, computer, video game console, etc.) that you really had fun tooling around with. The last time technology sparked joy for you, I guess? Because it's been since the Steam Deck that I've had something fun like this.

The webs they make are huge, amazingly intricate, beautiful, and they have a golden sheen. They’re just too damn big. The one on our front porch is MASSIVE. I can’t get a good picture because I’m too scared to get close.

Joro spiders are an Asian spider that were introduced to Georgia in 2014 and are spreading around the southeast. They’re non-aggressive and their venom is equivalent to a bee sting. They’re huge as hell, though, and there are now four of them on the periphery of my house, so I’m planning to burn it down. Also that is not my hand.
