Why am I seeing this everywhere suddenly....it's old, but this is the 3rd time in like a week

Not really.....When i first moved here I had like 500 gigs of wifi through Cable 1 because they had a monopoly over the internet in Southern OK.....It was like my house has a shitty phone plan....Imagine gaming, or watching a movie (well, you'd be ok if it fineshed buffering.) and your shit just cuts off....Stupidest service ever.
