... • 1998 Chinatown will still be a fundamental problem for Liberty City’s mafia, to say the least. It’s not like Triads would ever budge, except it’s right back to square one where Leones can’t keep any influence there.

... • 1998 Cipriani said Diablos would take over Hepburn Heights, and sure enough... they did. Leones still control Red Light just fine. At this point, they wouldn’t consider those housing projects to be the end-all be-all.

... • 1998 Luigi Goterelli did a wonderful thing with Paulie’s old trashy bar and converted it to Luigi’s Sex Club 7. Luigi, and Leones operate the club with more glamour and class than Sindaccos could ever provide.

... • 1998 Toni Cipriani’s adventures ended where his life began, at his Momma’s Restaurante. The Leone resurgence requires Toni to return home and resume work in Portland. He finds it for the best that he stay close by his mom.
