I’ve had major sleep problems for about the last 20 years myself. I usually don’t fall asleep until at least 4am. It’s now 4:30am here, and it feels like this’ll be my second sleepless night in 3 days. I won’t even be able to take a nap tomorrow because I have a doctors appointment in the afternoon. I don’t mean to complain, though. As far as fixing my circadian rhythm, I am at a complete loss.

Why don’t you summon me the ability to go to bed? But first….a snack.

I went to bed last night at about 8:30. I guess I needed it, but damn…That’s the earliest I’ve gone to bed in about 25 years…..

My first internet community was actually MTV, way back in the late 90s to early 2000s. It was pretty cool. A few years later, I went to gamespot, but it was full of trolls and jerks, so I didn’t stay long. Same with the IGN boards. After that, in late ‘06, I went home to the ASMB for nearly 5 years. I’ve now been a UEMBer for about 1.5 years and counting. Honestly, everything before the ASMB was pretty meaningless. I might’ve had a very small group of friends on one of those message boards, but nothing like this community.

Have you tried running the bowls vertically from the wall? That probably won’t help. It’s just my useless contribution to this quandary.

I had spaghetti, too. Nothing else, though.

I get it. It’s almost 4 here and I haven’t even been to bed yet. I might just stay up and try to catch a nap in the afternoon. You’re right, though. Any sleep now would be a mistake.
