    No Zod? So it was Kara who was in that big suit that was with Brainiac in that teaser scene at the end of season 1 then I guess. Gotta say they really fooled me, but I'm kind of disappointed. I really wanted it to see Zod. Oh well.

    Well, that went totally sideways. I hate to say it, but... gulp. Looks like it's all up to Usopp now. If anyone's gonna get that Tatabasco whatever thing in Sugar's mouth though, he very well could be the one most capable of doing it, given that he could just shoot it in there possibly.

    Could be, but I think they might have taken into consideration that not having just red blood makes it feel a bit less serious and fits the more light-hearted mood of the show.

    Did a quick check out of curiosity. Seems she died when Lois was young in other versions of the story. Also, fun fact: in Smallville her mom was played by Teri Hatcher (who of course played Lois herself in Superman & Lois). She had passed away in Smallville in the present, but she appeared in some old videos Lois found of her.

    That was weird. I couldn't log in for a minute there for some reason. Lois's mom mentioned. Now that I think about it, I can't remember her mom ever being mentioned much before in any version of the Superman story I've seen before.
