  1. Did a quick check out of curiosity. Seems she died when Lois was young in other versions of the story. Also, fun fact: in Smallville her mom was played by Teri Hatcher (who of course played Lois herself in Superman & Lois). She had passed away in Smallville in the present, but she appeared in some old videos Lois found of her.
  2. That was weird. I couldn't log in for a minute there for some reason. Lois's mom mentioned. Now that I think about it, I can't remember her mom ever being mentioned much before in any version of the Superman story I've seen before.
  3. Knew he was faking. He's got an automatic hair-styler. OMG
  4. Yeah, it would be more like the inhumane society if they did something like that. Either he's just lying to her, or he's such a sociopath he actually paid them to kill it.
  5. He should feel right at home, given that he is a piece of the like.
  6. Don't forget Jimmy. If it wasn't for him little motivational speech, Lex could've wound up just another depressed, out of work guy living in his parents' basement.
  7. They hired the junior detective kids as interns? Guess they don't have child labor laws in Metropolis. And Jimmy telling Perry the interns aren't listening to him. Ha ha!
  8. Watched Andor season 1. Didn't enjoy it quite as much The Mandalorian, as it was pretty slow-paced overall, but it definitely had its moments.
  9. Probably the Marvel show I've wanted to see the most ever since I saw it was being made was Moon Knight. Just got the opportunity to check it out, and it was an absolutely weird and wild ride. A bit different from what I was expecting, but it was fantastic. Cool to see Egyptian mythology being delved into for once. Really hope they get to make another season.
  10. Survivor Also, got to watch The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. It was great. Excellent follow-up to Endgame.
  11. Geez what a terrible place to leave things off for almost a month.
  12. Really hping he's got "tell off my jerk face boss" on his bucket list somewhere.
  13. Of course shouting like a lunatic at the top of your lungs of course is another no no during a zombie apocalypse, given how they're attracted to noise, so it should go with saying these two guys don't have much of any sense. LOL
  14. Anyone who's watched any zombie stuff knows being in the middle of a city during a zombie apocalypse is tantamount to suicide really. If they had any sense, they would have high tailed it out of there long ago.
  15. Makes sense though. Yamaji and the ninjas are gonna be judge, jury and executioners, so judges become pretty much obsolete.
  16. Finished the Expanse. I knew as soon as I saw that season six was only six episodes, that there was no way they were going to be able to wrap everything up, especially with regards to the alien stuff that they'd been teasing and teasing but never really delved into and gave any real answers about. So I'm not surprised, but still somewhat disappointed it concluded that way. The final few books in the series that the show was based upon apparently go into all that after a big timeskip, so I get now why they stopped where they did. A bit of a shame, but oh well. Read some spoilers and sounds like it gets pretty crazy from that point on anyway, so maybe not such a bad thing that it didn't go any further with the live-action.
