Good for you.
Talk to your union rep and see if they can find you a job someplace else, that is what they are there for. You don't want to go back to the same store because they will terminate for any even minor cause. The store doesn't want this to go to trial, so I'd expect a settlement, and fairly quick. If this manager was doing this to other employees, it can become a class action case pretty quick, so the store is going to want to limit discovery and settle. If the union can get you another job, and you get a nice settlement then I'd go that route, invest the settlement in a nice Roth IRA andmaybe buy a couple Chinese pervert games. Sorry to see this happen, but at least your union has your back on this.
