Shame we didn't see the Gundam in action. The 6th OVA was the least rushed of any of them in the TV show, and we couldn't even squeeze THAT in? The first half was totally awesome! This show did things that Gundam shows don't usually do, but then the 2nd half was just really great. And then the last episode, while establishing everything fine in the original series, just seemed somewhat "unfinished" itself. My overall rating: 9/10.

I had a bad feeling about this, and it turns out I was right, but I never expected Demon Slayer to premiere at 1:30! However, I guess putting it back-to-back with Black Clover kinda makes sense. The question is "which episode of DBS is it gonna be?" I'm thinking it will be that contractually-obligated rerun of 131, and then after that, it will likely flash back to an earlier spot in the TOP beginning Oct. 19. The first encounter with Jiren aired RIGHT (2 fps instead of 1) would be great. I'm thinking this rerun of DBS will be replaced with MHA S4 as soon as they're able to air it. And as for Food Wars? Probably the same deal from Hell that kept Gundam the Origin stuck at 3 AM.

Wouldn't it be funny if it was premiering at 11 PM on FUNimation NOW after a 10:30 PM dub premiere on Toonami? Because theoretically that IS still possible. But for the life of me I have no earthly idea why we're talking about this in the DBS #129 thread!

Say, does TOONAMI even have a promo for it yet?? You would think they would blow it out, but I guess it really doesn't "need" one... Hopefully it gives the rest of Toonami enough of a boost for some of the later shows to break some of their previous records with their return. I'm especially looking for Dr. Stone to do well without coming after gen:LOCK!

I think Live PD is just a lame fad. Also, apparently the marathon stayed above 0.23 Adults 18-49 and 375K total viewers!

That has only been the case whenever they have something BIG to announce, as was the case recently with Food Wars, Fire Force, and Dr. Stone. Both of the big Oct. 12 shows have already been announced, so that means either they're having headaches figuring out how to arrange everything, or there's another show that's on the lineup that for some reason still can't be announced yet. Here's what I'm hoping for: 9 PM: Bob's Burgers 9:30: Family Guy x2 10:30: My Hero Academia Season 4 11 PM: One-Punch Man Season 2 11:30: Demon Slayer 12-3 AM: Toonami as it is now 3 AM: Lupin III Part 5 3:30: Dragon Ball Super (131 only; off lineup 10/19) 4 AM: DBZ Kai (moves up to 3:30 the following week) 10/19: 4 AM gen:LOCK UNCUT (ends 4:45 10/19 and 12/7, 4:30 all other weeks)
