AEW has only been around since 2019, and for all that time Toonami hasn't had a marquee World Premiere (no, I don't count the first 10 episodes of Death Beats). That's why I say if Toonami is going to advertise anything on TNT, it's going to be Fena or Blade Runner.

Anyway, I finally got to see the whole episode last night, as Thursdays seem to be pretty good days to catch up on missed shows, but maybe that's only because I boycott Impact since they run MyPillow commercials with that mustachioed buttwipe traitor Mike Lindell, but I digress. Speaking of treason, Hyoga's sneak attack was treacherous but unsurprising, but it was nice to see Senku stick it to him with that homemade Tazer. Don't know if the loser will actually die, but I hope "Shish Kabob Shishio" Tsukasa somehow pulls through! You're sort of right. The spread of COVID-19 does concern us all, though perhaps less than when we didn't have the vaccine. Just for the record though, I HAVE met Steve. And if it helps, Paul Janeway of St. Paul and the Broken Bones cancelled a show last night in my neighborhood due to ALLERGIES. They're BAD this year, and even though I take a daily Claritin, they still mess with me. So it could be that's what it is. At any rate, I hope, COVID or not, Steve and Mary get well soon!

Yeah, I'm not sure what the logic behind vaccinated people who test positive cancelling appearances is because unvaccinated people can sure infect each other much easier. Perhaps there is a sense of altruism in not wanting to knowingly contribute to the outbreak, even if your potential "contribution" is small compared to some of the untold masses of unvaccinated yahoos attending these big conventions who can infect each other in about a minute with this new Delta variant. So, by deductive logic, it's probably NOT a COVID issue, but it can't be ruled out either.

This MIGHT be the first time anything Toonami-related is ever announced on AEW. I'd expect both Dynamite and the premiering Rampage to get Fena promos that week.

Well, THIS just happened: It's suspected that despite being vaccinated, the pair may have caught breakthrough cases of Delta Variant COVID. If so, this resurgence is quickly getting real.

We COULD see a permanent expansion for Toonami to 11 or 11:30: 11 PM - Fena Pirate Princess hour-long premiere 12 AM - MHA 12:30 - Yasha-hime OR Mystery Show #1 1 AM - Same as 12:30 1:30 AM - Black Clover, Food Wars 4th Plate OR Mystery Show #2 2 AM - Same as 1:30 2:30-4: Naruto; AOT; DBS The following week, Fena kicks off Toonami at 11:30 instead so there's no room for a 3rd "Mystery Show" I guess worst-case scenario, Toonami stays 12-4 and Fena premieres at Midnight, prolonging MHA's hiatus but it returns at Midnight the following week and Fena moves to 12:30, ultimately replacing Dr. Stone on the regular lineup. YH stays at 1 AM and either Food Wars continues at 1:30 or we get a new show. What do you think will happen?

Here it is, y'all: The video was posted 4 days ago, so Toonami did NOT get its world premiere. However, you can bet it was the USA TV premiere, as MTV doesn't play music videos anymore--not even at 3 AM! Similarly, other heavy hitters that Toonami has aired over the years, most notably David Gilmour's "Rattle That Lock", also were published to YouTube before they aired on Toonami. But that video got a month head start on YT. This video got a DAY.

Actually, there were some uncensored "fucks" in a very few shows on [as], but they are RARE! There was one in the first season of Gemusetto Macchu Picchu in like Episode 5 or something. Since that premiered as an all-night April Fool's Day marathon, it aired at like 5 in the morning, but reruns happened as early as 1 AM. So, what would be interesting is if the Harley Quinn marathon started out censored, but then got uncensored later in the night. Toonami won't give any "fucks" at 10:30 PM, but it might after midnight...

Harley Quinn is an interesting bird; if [as] is thinking more than just a one-shot, she might be more at home on Sunday nights with the likes of Tuca and Bertie and Birdgirl than on Toonami. But why not both???
