When I was little (like 5 or 6), I would call chocolate "chah-lick" and spaghetti "pusketi" and stuff. (I think it's a little kid trying to learn how to say words correctly.) Also, when it came to flatulence, we'd say "someone popped a bean" when someone farted. That didn't last very long though. lol

So I called and asked a chef friend of mine from college and he said that ducks and geese are both poultry and are considered "white" meat.
