i gained about 10 lbs since i quit smoking a few weeks ago, which i fully expected. i was actually expecting to gain more than that, so yay for me. i started a routine this week that includes better eating (limiting calories and carbs) and some cardio, and i'm already off 5 pounds from the start of the week. if i can drop another 15-20, i'll be at my target of 180 and that will be just fine.
