B: That would require me building a wall between where I was standing when I took the pic and the rest of that room, plus remove even more stuff from that room (the box on the ceiling is actually leftover siding for the house) and enclose a lot of things. C: My fermentation buckets and still will also be down there D: the amount of tools I have are too great E: The lounge/bar has decent acoustics for what I need BUUUUT Once I build a garage out back, that room is free to soundproof
