OSC Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 His luggage is where he stores the bodies. Why is he even asking?
Gyaos Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Didn't get off from work until 12:30 AM. Guess I'm starting the night with this. Hopefully it improves on last week's episode.
CountFrylock Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 why is this show so edgy and depressing yet the opening seems the opposite of that.... The OP Theme doesn't suit the show....
AnimationFan14 Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Time for the Twilight Saga :brownbottle: Breaking Yawn
Gyaos Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Girl-whose-name-I-can't-spell has apparently become a problem child.
DangerMouse Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Touka and Kaneki looking for her and this shit is getting dangerous. Holy shit, what a bastard.
mochi Posted May 21, 2017 Author Posted May 21, 2017 Girl-whose-name-I-can't-spell has apparently become a problem child. I remember her mom's name because it's the same as 3 other Toonami Characters ::]:: Ryoko
CountFrylock Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 i cannot stomach much of this for long because i have to wonder....who wanted this crap on toonami to begin with? the only people into this are people who think A Show is Mature when it has lots of blood death and violence
mochi Posted May 21, 2017 Author Posted May 21, 2017 I hate that this show is a Metaphor for Gay rights
OwlChemist81 Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 i cannot stomach much of this for long because i have to wonder....who wanted this crap on toonami to begin with? the only people into this are people who think A Show is Mature when it has lots of blood death and violence I'm ok with it but it has no business being on at 1 AM. It should be at 2, with HxH at 1 and Gundam at 1:30. It's interesting but it's a better match with Shippuden than AOT.
DangerMouse Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Nice entrance Kaneki This punk's still cocky mouthing off. Do it Kaneki. C'mon Touka! Yeah
Meilag32 Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Did he just say "wascally wabbit"? I wonder what the original dialogue was.
The1gairon Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Does anyone else think that the mother and daughter are both way too forced an emotional punch in this show? Ha! Lame punch, kid! Wow that power looked like it's from Bleach. Oddly, same animation studio.
DangerMouse Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 "Do you ever think about the pain you're causing?" How ironic you piece of trash.
Gyaos Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Getting Elmer Fudd vibes from this guy. "Dat Wabbit killed a good man..."
CountFrylock Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 I'm ok with it but it has no business being on at 1 AM. It should be at 2, with HxH at 1 and Gundam at 1:30. It's interesting but it's a better match with Shippuden than AOT. yeah because with AOT it just feels like an overdose on depressing material....you do not need two dark shows back to back that just makes a lot of people sad
DangerMouse Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Does anyone else think that the mother and daughter are both way too forced an emotional punch in this show? Ha! Lame punch, kid! Wow that power looked like it's from Bleach. Oddly, same animation studio. Yeah, they definitely went for the shortcut. Not that it's not ineffective. Yeah, I chuckled. Was pretty cool to see again.
Meilag32 Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 This whole show is simply racism. The actions of a few are taken as the behavior of all. For both sides.
The1gairon Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 "Why cant they see we're not different?" UUUUH. MAYBE BECAUSE YOU EAT HUMAN FLESH??
The1gairon Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Oh WOOOOW oh--- I-- MMMM. REEEEELLY bad writing, guys.
OwlChemist81 Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 yeah because with AOT it just feels like an overdose on depressing material....you do not need two dark shows back to back that just makes a lot of people sad Still pales in comparison to that Jack ending. A dose of despair at a time of greatest hope.
OwlChemist81 Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Figures...they waited until Tokyo Ghoul to play this!
The1gairon Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 How bad is this episode? So bad, Toonami is running a TBS commercial!
Gyaos Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Actual character development? Alright. I'm digging the episode so far.
AnimationFan14 Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 "Why cant they see we're not different?" UUUUH. MAYBE BECAUSE YOU EAT HUMAN FLESH?? The you can only eat human flesh and no other flesh thing is a big difference
CountFrylock Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Still pales in comparison to that Jack ending. A dose of despair at a time of greatest hope. to me that ending reeked of genndy giving fans the middle finger because they begged for more Samurai Jack for so long and he just wants to do more hotel transylvania
AnimationFan14 Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Still pales in comparison to that Jack ending. A dose of despair at a time of greatest hope. That's despair in a most sensitive time for everyone, especially Jack
Meilag32 Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 How bad is this episode? So bad, Toonami is running a TBS commercial! Fail. Though I don't play SF5, I don't mind professional gaming getting more exposure. Physical sports shouldn't get all the glory. Hell, why don't we have professional chess tournaments on TV? I'd watch that.
OSC Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 "Why cant they see we're not different?" UUUUH. MAYBE BECAUSE YOU EAT HUMAN FLESH?? Mere technicalities. Don't know why it isn't overlooked. /sarcasm
AnimationFan14 Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Fail. Though I don't play SF5, I don't mind professional gaming getting more exposure. Physical sports shouldn't get all the glory. Hell, why don't we have professional chess tournaments on TV? I'd watch that. It proved watchable with Bobby Fisher
OSC Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 "How can I make see what I see? How can I make him eat what I.... maybe that's not a good idea."
mochi Posted May 21, 2017 Author Posted May 21, 2017 this show is a rather interesting insight into how Japan views Gay people the Ghouls are a metaphor for the Aids epidemic
