W-2s from a lot of employers don't get mailed until January 31. That's the final day to mail them. This year it fell on a Saturday and that last day got pushed to the following Monday. You can always call and ask them about it.

Went to warm up the car and checked the mail... apparently they do still mail them. Just got the ones from my daughter's jobs
