So, who are the creditors named in it?  You might find that mortgage.

I don't care and haven't said anything about your mortgage.

I'm just not particularly impressed by a grown man paying his bills. It's like the bare minimum expectation for being an adult.

Which too many people skip out on.

I don't care. That doesn't change whether or not it's inherently impressive. It isn't, by the way.

Okay, I just wanna show Nitwit number one that you don't need millions and billions to acquire a house with a small mortgage.

How so?  Have you checked to see who the creditors are?

I don’t care either.  You’re poor, my dude, and you pretending you’re thriving is almost as ridiculous as your shit AI art.

The mortgage company is that batch.

Paid for by your brother.

The argument isn't who paid it, it's whose name it was in.

Not his.

Which means that if I see another reasonably priced house in a decent neighborhood, I can buy it.

Maybe your brother can take out a mortgage for you and you can pay him back with odd jobs.

He's going to sell that house and buy a much bigger one.  He can afford it now with his new job.

Me?  I don't need his help.  Anything $100k or less is fair game.

What could you get for $100k?

For $67k, this was a pretty decent place.  A two story townhouse with a full basement and HOA.

Right now.  What can your poor ass buy for $100k in your slum?

Show me the Zillow.

Show you the Zillow?  Look up the term, "distressed property".  They're very rare and always much lower than a standard listing.

So you’re telling me you can’t afford a mortgage on an actual home in your shithole city?  What about a fucking trailer?  Can you afford that?

Why does it have to be in this town?  It's not like I still have to commute anywhere.

Still planning on moving to Montana after ten years?

Lmao, he's still tossing random screen shots as if they make him honest.

But Scoob ruined my shtick because I was really going to grind on the homeless people being set for life too thing.

Maybe not.  Pretty cold there most of the time.  Besides, that whole LLC thing sure fell flat.  It's not even there anymore.  And, I want something considerably warmer.

I took out this really long typo from the post in question, so you're good.

Well doesn't that just grind your gears?  But I'm sure you can find a "manufactured home"  in Phoenix or Texas for pocket change.  I hear both places are absolutely lovely in the summer, and you can go tooling about on your scooter amongst all the other retirees, rat tail flowing in the breeze behind you....

But it is out of your price range

How do you know that?  Have you shopped the whole state or just Boca Raton?  Do you know what distressed properties are?  Did you know that a house for repair is usually a lot cheaper than a turn key house?  Prices in any state could vary quite widely according to the municipality or neighborhood.

Florida isn't the only warm climate.

So the beautiful Sonoran Desert it is.  You'll love it in Phoenix.  Plenty of disgruntled trash goblins there to commiserate with.

Poor guy. Imagine buying your first renovation home in your 70s.

Oh... it's not going to be a mere renovation at his price point.  He's going to be out there with his trusty hammer and his Harbor Freight nail bags putting up king studs on his "distressed" property.   The good news is he's going to be close to Bucket, who I;m sure has plenty of free time.

Forget the house, dude - you can't afford the insurance, not in Florida.

What makes it liberal?  If I take the time to cook a meal, I'm not wrong for eating it.
