Been wondering, but.. something occurred to me.. what was even the point of that entire coliseum part of this story? Like... it's established as a trap for Luffy, and the bait needed to be the fruit... but why the fuck would they actually put up the actual fruit for grabs? It's just... there, easy pickings for their enemy. Why not use a fake? Why not lie and not put anything in the chest? Why not rig it in some way? It just makes absolutely no sense that it was ever a possibility someone would be able to take something that powerful and use it against the family.. I guess maaaybe if there's some long term plan of "hahaha, it was sabotaged all along and now you're going to die in 3 days" or something. But, currently, feels like a very weak plot point.

I figured it might have been a fake or empty too, but it wasn't.  The game was already rigged to an extent.

I'm more annoyed by the trolling by Sugar and Doflamingo and the braindead idiotic citizenry going along with Doflamingo's bird cage plan than anything else.

Not Moosey, Doflamingo you bastard!

I mean, Luffy isn't some master tactician, of course he fell for this trap haha.

You have an interesting opinion on how people should be Doflamingo!

That was a puppet clone, too?  So Doflamingo can have a clone and the bird cage at the same time?  LOL.

Well that was anticlimactic fakeout.

That old man is one of the few decent people in this kingdom.  Or not LOL.  What an idiot.

Forcing this madness on them?  It's their fault for going along with it instead of teaming up against Doflamingo.  Fuck these people.

That spikey edgelord looks like he's from another anime. 😄

You mean the bull isn't dead from multiple basically gun shots?  OK lol.

This shortcut ability would've been sooo useful in past arcs!

I wonder if Fujitora has another ability unrelated to his sword techniques.  I just don't see how sword techniques could cause these seemingly gravity-based effects.

Yeah a smokescreen won't work on a blind man LOL.

Barto threatening to piss on them LOL.

Oh great, Doflamingo has the key to the handcuffs.  Annnnd he destroyed it.

I don't suppose Luffy can turn his finger into a lockpick?

Wow, Law was a psycho kid.

What the hell is that noise?!
