Jman Posted February 26, 2023 Share Posted February 26, 2023 This almost felt like an apology after Killing Joke's decidedly divided reception. It's a classic JLU episode with a new heroine, Jessica Cruz, a Lantern DC has been trying to push these past few years due to her heritage and the fact that she's overcoming a lot of issues. But it still feels like JLU, the visuals, the writing (unlike Batman and Harley Quinn which had the visuals, but felt more like a dry run for the Harley TV show even if that Harley was more into Dick Grayson's...you know), the voices, and the structure.
