Paying your employees is like shaking your fist at God and saying we know better as to what constitutes a livable wage.

Sometimes I do wonder.  

But I also think, there is something to be said for having a steady day off every week to actually make plans for or sleep in or whatever. Since they don't open on Sundays because CHURCH, that means all their employees get that day off every week, even during holidays, whether they go to any church or just get blitzed Saturday night and sleep it off the next day. 

I'd still require an actual living wage paycheck from them and not sammiches though.

I bet most of those employees have a second job they do on Sundays.

They pay $17/hr here for full-time.

That could leave the option to rest that day.
