I am a bit of a caveman so I don't fully understand the scope of NFT opportunities, but this is definitely the first time I've seen an announcement about a game company and NFTs that hadn't gone the other way.

I bet notch would be ok with it if he were still involved. Maybe he can sell himself as an NFT.

I have never played minecraft, but have been tempted to many times since getting on Steam.

NFTs are still a thing? Thought they took a massive nosedive as everyone began to realize what a scam they are.

You’re seeing their wane as people realize that they can’t make money from them.  Once that happened, collapse was inevitable.

Oh yeah NFTs have always been a scam. But they are only valuable as long as people don't perceive them as a scam. It's been the kiss of death to a company's PR while being anti-crypto gives them lots of brownie points. I've been watching this unfurl for a long time and this conclusion was inevitable.
